How to add a rule that allows to display only project members in "Assign to" list of New Task page?

I want to see only project members in Assign to list of Projects / Tasks / New page. How can I add such rule? I have already read tons of informaton from the documentation and the Internet tried to set up rule for the Users and Tasks objects but no luck.
