We've got 3 sales persons using
- 1 generic email address : sales@... to send email to leads, customers,... (This is because we don't want to set a particular saleman to a lead or a customer)
- 1 unique "personal" email address for other type of contact (claims, administrative exchanges, ...)
The thing is you have to set a unique email address to each user's alias.
So how is it possible to send a mail to a lead using the sales@ address whatever the user ? Is it possible to use the sale team alias for that ? How ?
